Hej,

Chwilowe obejście to odłączenie przewodu sieciowego podczas uruchamiania gry, załadowanie save i podłączenie przewodu sieciowego ponownie.

Greetings!

Thank you for contacting the Bethesda Customer Support Team back about this issue. I understand that Fallout 4 is crashing on Xbox One.

Troubleshooting provided helps us try to find a cause to the issue so that we may address it fully. There is further troubleshooting that we would like for you to review. Please look over the following:
To force your Xbox One to load local save files:
  1. Disconnect your Xbox One from your network.
  2. Verify you are logged into the Xbox Live gamertag the saves were initially made on.
  3. Start Fallout 4.
    1. When it opens and loads, it should use your local save files by default.
  4. From the game's main menu, select Load.
  5. Press the [Y] button and select Show all saves to make the save files for all characters visible.
  6. Load the save you wish to play.
    1. Note: If your saves are still not visible, see the further instructions below.
  7. Without closing the application, reconnect your console to the internet.
  8. Play the game for a five minutes and make a new save. The game should now sync to the cloud and your console.
If your save isn't available locally, please check the other gamertags on your console to ensure there was not a profile mix up. If you are still unable to locate your save files, you should power cycle your console and try again.

To power cycle your Xbox One:
  1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable and wait for 10 seconds.
  3. Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button again.
  4. Once complete, log into your Xbox Live account, open Fallout 4, and let it sync with the cloud (if required). Your saves should now be visible.
If the issue persists, we recommend contacting Xbox Support, which you can do

Greetings!

Thank you for contacting the Bethesda Customer Support Team about the problems starting the game.

We are looking into the problem as it seems to have affected quite a bit of players at the moment. if the previous troubleshooting hasn't work, please try flushing your DNS and power cycling your network as well to see if you are able to get a better connection.

Operating systems and DNS (Domain Name System) clients will automatically cache IP addresses and other DNS results in order to speed up requests to the same host name. Some of these results can be bad and cause your internet to communicate to certain hosts incorrectly. Flushing the DNS cleans out your machine's cached results, letting you start fresh by removing any bad cached host files.
To flush your DNS:
  1. Open the Command Prompt. To do so, open your Windows taskbar or search bar and type "cmd".
  2. Double-click the cmd icon.
  3. You should now see this command window:
  4. Enter "ipconfig /flushdns" (without the quotes).
  5. Hit [Enter] and you should see a success message.
  6. Close out the command prompt window by typing "exit" and then hitting [Enter].
To power cycle your home network:
  1. Turn off the router by unplugging it. If you have a modem and router in one device, turn it off and proceed to step 3.
  2. Turn off the DSL or cable modem for three minutes.
    • Note: Some modems are equipped with a backup battery. If your modem has one, please remove the backup battery to completely turn off your modem.
  3. Turn off all computers attached to your network.
  4. Turn on the DSL or cable modem first and let it boot. Let it complete its connection to your ISP before proceeding to the next step. If you have a modem and router in one device, proceed to step 6 after it connects to your ISP.
  5. Once the modem completes the connection to your ISP, plug in the router. Let it complete its power on test before proceeding to the next step
  6. Restart your computer(s).

Thank you for your continued interest and support!
